Will this damage the mortar on an older home?
Not the way we do it. Aging mortar is exactly what a pressure washer blows out of a joint, and it is one of the most common kinds of damage we get called to look at. Soft washing uses low pressure and lets the cleaning solution do the work.
Our lot is tight and close to the neighbors. Is that a problem?
No, it just means more setup. Neighboring property, vehicles, and shared landscaping get covered and protected before we start. It takes longer on a city lot than on an open one, and that is accounted for in the estimate.
